Competitions should be fun. Only spend what you can comfortably afford, and never enter to make money or solve money worries.

18+ only

You must be 18 or over to enter any competition on Waypoint Wins. We ask for your date of birth when you register and don't accept entries from anyone under 18. We always check age and identity before awarding a prize. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and refund its entries.

Tools in your account

  • Monthly spend limit: set any amount when you sign up or at any time, including £0, which stops all purchases. A lower limit starts straight away. A higher limit, or removing your limit, starts after 72 hours. Limits count every order in the calendar month.
  • Pause: take a break for 7, 30 or 90 days.
  • Suspend: suspend your account for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. A suspension can't be cancelled early.
  • Close: close your account permanently.

While your account is paused or suspended, you can't enter competitions and we won't send you marketing. If you've excluded yourself from gambling sites through GAMSTOP, tell us and we'll suspend your Waypoint Wins account too. Find these tools in your account dashboard.

Paying

When card payments are available, we won't accept credit cards for competitions with instant prizes. We'll accept no more than £250 per calendar month from any one person by credit card.
